It's location in Centro Storico and the Ghetto makes access to Vatican, Trestevere and the main historic sights easy. Friendly staff. Not noisy despite it's location. Brilliant bathroom and shower. Comfy bed.
It's too expensive for what you get. We were in one of the smallest rooms. Nicely appointed and clean but dark with a view if the wall opposite. The air con didn't drop below 21 degrees. Extras were at a minimum. For example no water other than the mini bar. No drinks facilities. No iron (laundry service presumably extra). A spa was lavishly presented on the website but wasn't open yet... 300 Euros a night is a lot of money for what we got. Would recommend but please consider pricing on basic rooms.

Location...location..location was the best if you want to be near Piazza Navona and Campo Fiore. We also liked the fact that it is new, clean and modern. The staff were very helpful, especially Carlo.
The design of the hotel was problematic in that there were steps, even though there were only a few at a time, everywhere that one would not expect and can be dangerous. Also, the air conditioning was not effective at night in the junior suite but fine in a smaller room that we had to transfer to because the Jr. suite was reserved.

Totally recommend for a short layover
Comfortable room, helpful staff, with a clean bathroom and a relaxing jacuzzi. The breakfast offered a great variety of options that kept us satisfied for our four-night stay, and the convenient location made it easy to explore iconic attractions just a short walk away.
Everything was as expected.

The hotel is very beautiful and modern/stylish. The rooms, though small are very well acquainted and luxurious. Lovely bedding, lighting and bathrooms. The breakfast rooms are small and intimate and the wait staff in the mornings are very polished (black tie service) and accommodating. We loved the location of the hotel as it was close to everything, however be sure to ask for a hotel card since the taxi's don't know the hotel yet since it is new.
The hotel is fairly new (renovated ancient space of course!) so they have a few bugs to work out. Our air conditioning stopped working on 3 nights, the wifi stopped working for a couple of days, our room was not cleaned on 2 occasions so we had to ask for more towels, the spa was not ready when we were there even though it was advertised that it was to be completed by September.

This hotel was perfect. When we arrived, treatment was warm and friendly with a short explenation about Hotel and Rome itself. English was perfect spoken by everybody we met in the hotel. The room (happy we had an upgrade to a suite...waow) was beautiful, clean and from a high level of comfort. This room was quiet and calm. The whole hotel was very clean. Breakfast was complete, everything was available. We do come back, next time with our kids, sharing this little dream!!!!!

Everything was amazing and met requirements. Clean hotel, and the staff were amazingly efficient, location was incredible to most Rome sites. We had breads, cereals, and pastries for breakfast and it was outstanding. Free Wi-Fi was strong and the service was good! There was a nice pool and spa.

A good stay with great spa access and an unbeatable location! Our cozy room had luxurious marble bathrooms. Plus, there's a lovely rooftop bar to unwind after a day of wandering.

The hotel was superb, including its staff, facilities and location. Its design is aesthetic, the rooms are comfortable, relaxing and extremely clean. Definitely a hotel to come back to.
